NEED HELP?

First we will need to get some basic household information.

• Photo ID for each adult

• SS card or birth certificate for each minor

• Proof of residency: mortgage statement or lease agreement

Volunteers or staff will meet with you to hear your story and see how we can help. In some cases you may be referred to another agency that can help. Our primary ongoing programs are food pantry, utility assistance, clothing assistance, and Meals on Wheels.

To sign up for food pantry and inquire about programs, come on Monday between 12PM and 4pm.
