Volunteer at The Ark!

MOW Driver
Responsibilities include pick-up of meals from Pegram United Methodist Church and delivery
    of those meals to recipients in Pegram and Kingston Springs
Time commitment 1 day per month (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) approximately 11am-1pm

MOW Kitchen Assistance
Responsibilities include assisting Site Manager with preparation of food trays, facility clean-
    up, phone skills and coordinating volunteers
Time commitment 1 day per month (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) approximately 10am-2pm

Administration
Responsibilities include answering phones, filing and basic data entry
Time commitment 1 day per week (Monday –Thursday) approximately 9am-noon

Caseworker
Responsibilities include correspondence with clients including phone calls and in-office visits
    to determine needs and provide assistance based on The Ark policies and procedures
Time commitment 1-2 days per week approximate time flexible based on need

Food Pantry Volunteer
Responsibilities include stocking, organization, basic record keeping and distribution of food
Time commitment 1 Tuesday per month approximately 5pm-6:30pm

Transportation
Responsibilities include transportation of clients to and from medical appointments and basic errands
Time commitment flexible based on need

Ark Building Housekeeper
Responsibilities include basic cleaning of The Ark facility
Time commitment 1 day per week flexible

Donated Goods Coordinator
Coordinate the intake and organization of donated goods
Time commitment 1 day per week flexible

Volunteer Liaison
Responsibilities include the recruitment, tracking, and placement of available volunteers as
    well as coordinating monthly volunteer meetings
Time commitment flexible

Concession Stand Worker
Responsibilities include working concessions during Soccer and special events at the
    Kingston Springs Park
Time commitment 1 day per month primarily Saturday from approximately 8:30am-1pm

Tutor
Responsibilities include tutoring at-risk children in area elementary schools using the Be
    Smart Kids Program
Time commitment 1 day per week approximately 3 hours per day

Special Events Coordinator
Responsibilities include overseeing special projects such as food drives, Thanksgiving box
    give-away, yard sales, etc
Time commitment flexible based on event

Volunteer Shopper
Responsibilities include shopping for specific goods and supplies needed for special events
    and everyday supplies
Time commitment flexible 1 day per week
